​Finding Healing, Guiding Others:  My journey to becoming a Counterstrain & Nerve Pain Therapist.  My background, a chronic pain survivor of bilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia, CRPS, & chronic inflammation. 

I understand chronic pain firsthand.  After experiencing it myself for 20 years, I embarked on a path to find lasting relief and become passionate about helping others achieve the same.

I combine my knowledge of counterstrain & nerve therapy with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges of chronic pain. ​
